The room was very clean and nice, the neighborhood is amazing and very close to the center. The only issue was the weak WiFi signal. Otherwise a great choice. I would definitely revisit!

We were accomodated in another hotel, Hotel Acadia instead. But it turned put to be very fine. We were so tired already and arrived late by train. The hotel was just about 5 min walk from the train. The lady who checked us in was very very nice, and offered us water. For the first time, somebody offered us water. Breakfast was alright too.

Дорогие путешественники! В общем очень редко пишу отзывы о гостиницах(так-что не судите строго), но тут крайне негативная ситуация! При заезде в 20:00 данный отель(хостел) нам никто не открывал двери! Когда мы дозвонились до хозяйки отеля, через час трудных переговоров (сначала отказывалась нас размещать т.к её рабочий день был закончен)- она все таки дала нам пинкод от входа в гостиницу на ресепшен. Далее опять ряд непонятных ситуаций: после входа на ресепшен мы обнаружили 11 закрытых номеров, которые были закрыты и пусты! Далее сотрудница нашего оплаченного ранее "Супер-отеля за 8500р/сутки" мурыжила голову еще час. В Итоге мы с женой поставили на уши местных жителей этого дома и после долгих переговоров и отправки наших фотографий, и пасспортов мы все таки получили ключи от заветной комнаты №11 в Которой не было ни туалета, ни воды ни чистоты пола итд! В общем испортили нам впечатление от Флоренции в тот вечер основательно!!!!

Bad experience

I made a reservation for a room that had shower. When I arrived there was no shower and the person in charged blamed hotels.com for false advertisement. I had air conditioner in my room. It was not working at all and next day when I approached the lady who was in charge she told me it was broken and I could open the window. She knew already it was broken and did not warned us at all. I contacted another person who works for the company and they moved us to another property that we did not like at all, but at least had a working air conditioner, but the washroom had a large window that could not close. I had to improvise drapes using towels so I could use the washroom without “sharing the e experience” with the next building.... I really, really would NOT recommend this property.

Great location near the Duomo - police station one block away - clean rooms - helpful staff. If you can't check in before 1 pm, be sure to email the hotel a copy of your passport in order to receive the passcodes to enter the building.

Great location near the central area, a beautiful old building, elevator, clean. I stayed at a private room as solo traveler for three nights. Friendly staff and the lady is helpful and willing to provide some information about the area. If you don’t arrive before 13 you have to check in through another location.

В среднем все очень достойно. Минусы: 1. На завтрак в первое утро приготовили амлет и были яйца, на второе и третье утро уже другая девушка ленилась их готовить. Предложила - но нужно было ждать 15 минут. А куда уже ждать, если мы быстро поели и пошли гулять??. 2. В нашем номере почему-то оказались чужие джинсы 3. С нас потребовали дополнительные 18 евро - туристический сбор и обязательно ТОЛЬКО наличкой. Что наводит на вопрос. А официальные ли это сборы??? Кроме того, только насмехались и проигнорировали мои слова, что мне тяжело снять наличку с карточки - процент большой. Плюсы: Мы заезжали после 13:00 и из второго отеля нас зарегистрировали и рассказали как добраться до нашего. Нам позволили оставить багаж до вечера. Wi-fi Удобное расположение

El hotel unos días antes me notificó que me habían cambiado al hotel Arcadia. Este hotel está ok pero sus camas y almohadas son muy incómodas y se escuchan muchos ruidos durante la noche que te impiden conciliar el sueño, lamentablemente a pesar de que su personal es muy amable, no tuvimos una buena estancia ni pudimos descansar.

Nice, cheap hotel

The hotel was lovely and for the price, in a pretty good location! You have to walk a bit to get to the dome but that allows you to see more of Florence. I definitely think that we got our money’s worth from this hotel. Getting a free breakfast made it even better!

This place was pretty old. There were no screens in the windows so we had lots of mosquitos in our room. The location was ideal. Just a short walk from the train station!
