Great location

This hotel is pretty basic but the location was great and the staff very helpful. We were able to easily walk to La Academia, the duomo, central market and Riccardi Medici palace. What the room lacked in luxury, the location and staff made up for in convenience.

Pro - front desk staff were very helpful with getting a taxi and dining recommendations Con - shower was tiny tiny. Front desk was on third floor and you have to leave your key when going out so a bit of up and down every time you come and go

The staff were welcoming and we were able to leave our bags before check-in time, which was greatly appreciated. Our room was at the back of the hotel overlooking a courtyard and the neighbours and was so quiet! We didn't hear any street noise even though it's on a busy street. Comfortable beds and a clean room and bathroom. There's an elevator and it's a bit strange that the reception desk is on the 3rd floor. They request that room keys are left while you're out - which is fine - but be prepared to pop up to the 3rd floor often! Loved the proximity to the train station and to all the sites we wished to visit; it's a very walkable location. We'd definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Booked this hotel because it had 24/7 front desk. However entrance to hotel is dark stairwell woth no door opening onto the street. Reception/24 hr desk is on the 3rd level. There were cameras but it just didn't seem safe to go up 3 flights of stairs and through an unlocked hallway door at night when returning to hotel especially if you're travelling alone. Positives Nice shower, clean, comfortable beds, close to train station.

Excellent location. Would stay here again. I wasn't given the remote for AC setting. Everything was shut off when we checked in and slept in hot room for 2 nights. By third night it became unbearable and at midnight 2.30 am had to go up and asked the front off person he gave me the remote then for AC. Wish they had given earlier. Other than this room was good and quiet.

We arrived early, before check-in. The hotel staff was helpful to let us store our bags and review a map with us for good restaurant choices. The staff was always very polite and helpful. We appreciated the free water bottles at the reception, plus good coffee and snacks. Great location, just down the street from the train station and walking distance to all of the tourist sites. Very clean and spacious room. We made a perfect choice for a hotel in Florence.

Extended stay for 1 night and was able to keep same room w/o moving was convenient. However, this hotel was not my original booked reservation, and I was put across the street in this same owner hotel which didn't seem to have the value as the original booking and for the price paid.

The fridge did not work, even after reporting it in the arrival. The Air condicioner stopped working correctly the second day. Bad Staff response who did not accept the problem… then did nothing about it. Considered even sleeping at the Lobby. Will Never stay again.

Hotel was conveniently located close to downtown. I was a few blocks from both the Duomo and train station there. The rooms were clean, very pretty, and comfortable. Front desk was polite, but didn't know english too well. Overall, would stay there again.

Muy costoso para lo que ofrece, la ducha es un desastre, mal diseñada, es imposible bañarse sin cambiar la temperatura o cerrar la llave, no tiene donde poner nada, el transito en la habitación es muy incomodo, el ascensor y el acceso a la recepción son muy incomodos, en fin no lo recomiendo

Super hôtel ! Une chambre pour une solo avec une salle de bain qui était bien équipée. La réception prend le temp de vous accueillir et de vous montrer votre chambre. C’était nickel !
