This was a great boutique hotel. The location was great close to everything. The breakfast was good. Can’t go wrong for the money. one block off the river. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was beautiful, hands down one of our favourites of the trip! The highlight if this hotel has to be the bell tower! With a terrace and bell tower serving drinks in the evening with panoramic views of Florence you can’t go wrong! The staff were polite and welcoming ensuring we had directions for our time in Florence. The hotel had period features which added to its character. The room we stayed in had high ceilings and four post bed and had a separate room with a sofa lounge area and a bathroom. The room was spotless and quiet in the evenings. Breakfast was lovely the pastry options were different everyday and were fresh. They also had a continental option. We will definitely be returning.

Fabulous hotel and location

Lovely friendly staff, clean hotel and great location. 5 minutes walk from everything!! Or less! Staff friendly and breakfast was excellent. Would definitely stay here again when in Florence.

The room decor was a little old fashioned and the sheets were not especially nice, but bathroom was modern and spotless. The location really can't be beat and the view from the tower was absolutely amazing. The breakfast was fantastic, one of the best hotel breakfasts I've had. We would absolutely stay there again.

What a property, what a hotel. We fell in love, beautiful, historic castle, with a tower bar offering outstanding views of Florence and providing unforgettable sunsets. The breakfast was outstanding, excellent and helpful service. The best cappuccino. Comfortable room, canopy bed, huge windows, quiet and safe. We will return, we loved the hotel.

Wonderful experience. The breakfast buffet was the best one I’ve had in Italy. Staff is incredibly helpful and polite, especially since parking in the Florence historical center is a nightmare. 10/10 recommend.

Beautiful Property especially if your room is the annex. The Annex I had an amazing huge room with 2 showers. The rooftop is a must for an afternoon wine or cocktail with a beautiful view. Staff was so nice and helpful.
