The room could have been cleaner as there were pieces of old chips from previous guests in the cupboard where the mini fridge is located. More than anything though the noise was too much. Rm549 there was always people coming and going, doors slamming/banging. There also seemed to have been some construction going on. The location was a good one.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was beautiful and the restaurant on the roof had a fantastic view and delicious food as well. We would happily stay here again.

Lovely hotel. Staff were excellent. Great location. Easy to walk to all the attractions but a bit of a bumpy walk to/from the station with a wheels case (cobbles everywhere) so maybe consider the bus or taxi. Quirky layout of hotel so maybe not for people with mobility issues. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Would definitely stay there again.

Hotel was very nice! Unusual setup like last Hotel in Rome, comfortable and staff very accommodating. The restaurant on the roof was delightful and the location very central to shops and eateries.
