I loved my stay here! Such a fun and quirky hotel. They did not skimp on the amenities. All staff were kind and helpful. It is a short walk to most Florence landmarks as well as the train station. We loved our time and will be recommending it to our friends.

Because of a train strike, we were stuck in Florence for another day and missed our flight. They did everything possible to help us from checking rental cars, checking limo drivers. Finally we found out that it just wasn’t gonna work so we stayed an extra day which was wonderful And we’re on our way tomorrow to Rome to catch our flight. I can’t say enough good things about them five stars doesn’t cover it.
