Shower had an empty shampoo bottle and a tag from children’s clothing was stuck to the side of the shower (we didn’t have a child). Staff at check in was frazzled and she kept mentioning a new system. Not the hotel’s fault, but a large group of guests were loudly partying just under our window around 1am (we were on the second floor). Then around 2am-4am the party moved on our hall. There was obnoxious yelling, laughing and door slamming for two complete hours. We had to leave at 0500, so we got about an hour of sleep.

Took my credit card information and charged items from their market place fraudulently. I never signed for items. Someone just took the items and said to charge it to my room number. This is not accptable!

Our towels were wet. Bathroom sink was leaking. Hard to believe this went unnoticed. The morning desk person didn't seem to concerned, no apology just thanks for letting us know.

Decent place to stay on our drive down to Florida. Felt very “university dormish” in the hallways and breakfast area, with multiple sports teams staying there. However, rooms were surprisingly quite, and beds were comfortable. It’s also pet friendly. Probably wouldn’t go out of my way to stay there again, but if the rates were good, wouldn’t be opposed to booking.

Love this place I will be vack
The room was very clean. The staff… every single person, was amazing! The breakfast had a great selection..the petter was very very reasonable. The hotel was very quiet( I know they can’t necessarily help that) but it was in a quiet district without road noise. there are so many things to do around the area from the entertainment center right across the street to the escape room that we went to to all sorts of shopping. The next time we come, we will do a movie which was right next to the hotel margaritas was awesome next-door and the next time we will do glow-in-the-dark mini putt, it’s a halfway point to meet family who live in Raleigh

Mold in bathroom, advertised queen beds...not queen, doubles. Water coming from light in shower, lime green gum stuck to table right beside couch. Room was roomy, but definitely not up to par. Talked to 2 different people about the water from the shower, (Mahogany was the only one who seemed to care), left message for GM last week, no return call. There are tons of other options right there. I'd wait to stay here until they do some major updates/repairs.

This hotel is located close to restaurants and shopping. Easy on and off I-95 so excellent option for anyone traveling through Florence looking for a stopover. Love the space in the rooms and the well stocked kitchen area.

Spacious if you need big room.
Room was spacious. However, the window blind was broken (cannot go all the way down), shampoo and body wash were emptied. I didn't bother to tell the front desk because I was exhausted from driving and just wanted to go to bed and call it a night.

Thank you for making my stay memorable
Upon arrival, I was greeted by a very friendly young lady named Jennifer. She gave me my room key, and when I got there, there was a big air dryer on the floor. I came down to let her know, and she looked at me and was real polite and said well, let’s get you in another room, young lady. She was very apologetic. The room we got into was very clean. It smelled good and the bed was as comfy as it could be. It was a little soft for me but that’s nobody’s fault but my body. Overall a wonderful experience. Thank you.

The beds were advertised as queen but they were really full size. The bed was awful! For some reason the head of the bed was sucken in so my feet were higher then my head ...very uncomfortable. I'm disabled so I have a unique vantage point. I could see below the run of tile that was above the tub, it was filthy and the reason I didn't stay the second night... Even though I had already paid for it.
