Great place for a family

Staff were wonderful and friendly. Water available as well as a fridge to store things. Room was very clean and comfortable.

Quiet rooms. Short walk from train station, short walk to the marketplace & most major attractions. If you arrive after 6pm, make sure you let them know so they can send you arrival instructions. The place doesn’t have a front desk or check-in area. Free coffee in the morning.

The property had terrible beds, poor mattresses, and the bed frames kept moving. We asked for an extra blanket that we never received. The showerhead kept falling, making it uncomfortable to take showers. We were charged 4 euros per night per person, as if it were a 5-star hotel. The cleaning staff made a lot of noise early in the morning. Good things: The location is somewhat convenient. To make a big bed, they joined two small ones, but they kept separating and moving during the night, so it was difficult to sleep with my girlfriend.

The overall stay was good. I was disappointed there was no lift. I'm somewhat physically challenged and walking 4 flights of stairs was a bit tough. Overall, the property served my needs.

Positives - great location, decent sized room, fridge inc water for all kept in fridge, tea and coffee with kettle in common area you are in when you enter. Large table in this area to eat at if you wish. Bed and pillows v comfy. Brilliant location and very informative instructions how to gain entry to the hotel sent in advance. Our room was available at midday when we arrived to drop our bags so we were happy we could check straight in. We were also able to leave our bags following check out. Negatives - Cleaning staff enter the property early and do not try to stay quiet. Unfortunately we were also next to the office and due to the age of the building the lock woke us each morning at 7.30. It was hard to air the room following having a shower. If you’re an early bird then most of these things are unlikely to bother you. It would have been nice if milk had been provided to have with teas & coffees.

No esperes un hotel grande y lujoso, es magnífico para una estancia corta en Florencia, muy seguro y cómodo, limpio y tranquilo, las instalaciones son buenas y no son viejas, y tiene un estilo propio. agradezco a la chica que me atendió, muy amable desde el principio hasta el final.
