The staff was wonderful, everyone from the door men to the front desk. We received a room upgrade and it was beautiful, spacious. Would stay here again.

We stayed in this Hotel for our Honeymoon twenty one years ago. Now we went our three kids (20, 17 and 11). We had a wonderful stay. The location is superb. However if you plan to arrive by car, call ahead because it's super tricky and most Italian cities have controlled access to the city centers by motorcar....

Hotel in excellent location. Staff superb and warm caring about every aspect of your stay. The biggest weakness is that the rooms are relatively small with no views. ( our de luxe room opened onto up into an alleyway). A medieval experience of staring at the wall across the alley. But I rate this hotel highly. The ambience is terrific.

It is a nice hotel but it is a bit noisy even it is in the inner part of the main road. And, the elevator is under construction during 8am to 5pm, which makes it hard to sleep in.
