Really good location, and it's an acceptable room given the price. Staff at front desk is helpful! Beware: check in must be before 8pm, so make sure you get there by then!

We arrived with late check in. When I had called, they said they would arrive in 10 minutes and to wait outside the front gate. We waited for 40 minutes, and nobody ever came. When we called back, they refused to come or refund our money. We had to find another place. Horrible business. Please avoid!!!

The owner needs to maintain the rooms from time to time; even the towels were extremely worn. On pictures the room is accurate...but maybe 5-10 years ago

Simples e localização excelente

Muito bem localizado, acomodação limpa e simples. O aquecimento deixa a desejar. Não tem frigobar ou microondas. Apesar de ser bed and breakfast, o café é cobrado a parte. Wi-Fi não funcionava direito, péssimo sinal.

I was there last year and it was good, but this year VERY BAD EXPERIENCE the bathroom had mold the TV only one channel and to small. I will never go to that B&B and will not recommend to no one.

Great place to stay!

I stayed in several places during my travels. This was my favorite place. The room was comfortable, clean, and had its own air conditioner that worked great. Breakfast served the room was awesome. Well worth the extra money. Check in was a little confusing, but once I got it figured out it went smooth and was easy. Great location just one block from the train station. I highly recommend this cute bed and breakfast.

A estadia foi excelente. O check in foi feito em outro local, mas a recepcionista foi muito solicita e gentil. A localização da hospedagem foi excelente. O quarto era mais do que esperava, muito limpo, amplo e confortável. Um dos pontos chaves era o café da manhã servido, pois era muito bem servido e custava 5 euros.

В целом не плохой вариант для ночлега, вариант только для ночевки, хороший интернет, завтрак прямо в номер - ко времени. Чтобы попасть в номер необходимо будет открыть целых 4 двери от улицы - выдают от них ключи, что не совсем удобно, ресепшен есть в отеле, но он не работает, заселение только до 22:00, номер убирается посредственно, мало розеток, капает вода из кондиционера. Большой минус - это отсутствие холодильника в номере и в целом в отеле - на улице жара +39 - в августе - охладить воду не получиться.

Quarto muito bem situado perto da Estação. Ocorre que a limpeza não foi feita adequadamente por uma segunda funcionária (a primeira limpou). Houve problemas no chuveiro e no ar condicionado.

En natt i Florens

Centralt boende med gång avstånd till city. Vi fick trevligt bemötande i receptionen men rummet var under all kritik. Du får vad du betalar för. Rummet var instängt och det luktade mögel. Personalen hade glömt att meddela oss att porten till boendet stängdes på kvällen, men hade tidigare på dagen visat nyckeln som skulle funka till den. När vi väl kom hem vid midnatt kunde vi inte ta oss in. Slutade med att vi fick klättra över en hög port för att ta oss in på innegården. Fanns vid denna tid inte möjlighet att komma i kontakt med någon personal. Skulle aldrig välja att bo här igen.

Good Location & Nice Staff

Great Location Hotel. Just a few minutes walk from Florence SMN Train station. McDonalds and Supermarket is nearby. Staff (a man) is really nice. Recommend for traveller who need to stay in the city and close to Train station for convenience to move to other city.

Affordable for an convenience stay...

Apart from getting to Lilium Hotel which is just a 2 min walk away from actual hotel. The room felt spacious compared to others*(personally). Toilets were attached ones*(as this was the main concern for us). Staff were friendly and helpful, the main hall/counter is filled with useful pamphlets which comes in handy for any tourist.**(they have books too, for those who book worms!). Location wise, you can't go wrong, it's center to almost all sites. All main tourist locations are just mins walk away. RECOMMENDED!!!!

좁은 공간이지만 위치와 조식이 좋아요~

위치적으로는 역에서 가까워 움직이기에 좋았습니다. 체크인을 골목끝 다른 호텔에서 해야하는 번거로움만 빼면 3일동안 묵기에 위치적으로는 너무 좋은 위치입니다. 하지만 전체적으로 방은 그다지 넓지 않고 침대도 좀 작은 느낌이 들었어요 아마 키가 큰 성인 남자분은 발이 나올수도 ㅎㅎ 비싸지 않은 가격에 낮에 계속 여행 일정으로 움직이고 잠만 잘 공간을 찾으시면 크게 나쁘지 않은 곳 입니다. 로마에서의 숙소는 비쥬얼만 좋고 서비스따윈 억망이였는데 숙소 내부 비쥬얼이 좋거나 침구가 폭신하거나 하진 않지만... 원하는 시간에 친절하게 조식으로 내어주시는 따듯한 크로아상과 모닝빵 버터 잼 요거트 커피 쥬스 과일 스넥 쿠키등은 생각보다 너무 맛있고 잘 나와서 숙소에 묶는 기간 내내 아침이 든든했습니다. ^^
