Very quaint place. Never saw the staff until the last day. Check in directions were fantastic. Had a great stay. One day no hot water, but she got it fixed right away.

The room was nice and comfortable, my only complaint was the bathroom, no shelves, no towel rack, no where to put your toiletries, also we never saw the girl at the front desk, our keys were on the desk but never saw anybody

Love the location, very convenient and easy to locate from the train station. We also like that it's very spacious. Lots of restaurants to choose nearby, Eataly is right across. We will definitely be booking Firenze rooms again if we're back in Florence. Thank you for a memorable stay.

Amazing Place!!!

We love this place and will stay again when we return to Florence! Centrally located… just a few steps to Duomo and David and Uffizi. Just in front of the main door across the street is Eataly, our favorite place for breakfast. Very clean room, comfy beds and kind staffs! We stayed in a quad room where the main reception was. The hotel has a stairs going to the main reception. For upper floors, there was a lift.

Very modern updated rooms located in the heart of duomo. Central to everything in the tourist area. So many restaurants to choose, even a few Michelin star and Michelin guide restaurants. The area was constantly busy, and the room (although in a busy area) was quiet as a mouse which was nice. 20 minute walk from train terminal. Very lively area, safe, and clean. Room itself was very clean. Alsthougg no front desk 24/7 you access the place through code entry ( 2 sets). I would highly recommend this place for its location.

Perfect center city location. Walk-able to everything Florence. Just a few too many steps and really no window (I like sunlight)-- sorta felt like I was in the attic. The window looked out to an overhang that was very dark and dirty. However, I only need to sleep in the place so it worked out. Overall, great location, clean, and good bed. I would stay again if needed.

There was no one at the check in desk, they had already left by 5pm. The hallways were dark and musty and hot. Had to use my flashlight to get to my room. The room was very hot before we turned on the AC. No shampoo. I do not recommend this hotel.

I do not usually put on bad reviews but as a clean freak I do feel the responsibility to advice people who, as me, see cleanliness as a must. It was very dirty. Location was very, very convenient so if you don’t mind the lack of cleanliness its a good option. Also, we left the luggage for half the day having done in the morning the room check out and when we came to pick the luggage to leave Florence the front desk lady did not allow us to use any restroom before leaving. That also seem very rude.

Ok but not family friendly

The placement of the hotel was perfect. The room was clean but the bathroom a bit small if you are taller than 180cm. It has an AC. The hotel is not family friendly if you have young children and a stroller due to narrow stairs, no elevator and a dark hallway with the lightswitch on the other side of the hallway. The opening hours of the reception is unclear and we got different info on different occasions. Because of this, the owners wanted us to send our passport info over Whatsapp. However, they answered quickly through email. Overall..a ok hotel if you travel with friends or as a couple who are able to walk on stairs.

El internet está terrible ya que es intermitente y no funciona. Poca atención de recepción y faltan amenidades qué de rigor debe tener un establecimiento como estos. El cuarto es moderno pero no hay donde colgar la toalla, no hay donde poner el shampoo y otros utensilios de baño. No dan suficiente jabón de baño Lo único bueno es la ubicación
