L’appartement était très propre et spacieux. Nous n’étions que 2 mais convient très facilement pour 4. Monde de maison totalement fourni. La cuisine est équipée avec les bases. L’hôte est très gentil et accessible, parle plusieurs langues et très disponible. Accessible en centre ville en 15 à 20 minutes de bus avec un arrêt à 10 minutes à pied, idéalement situé !

Auf Grund der schon positiven Bewertungen hatten wir uns für diese Ferienwohnung entschieden - und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Absolut positiv aufgefallen ist uns die Sauberkeit in der Wohnung. Auch die Aufteilung war für uns als Familie perfekt. Hervorheben muss man das Klima-Anlagen-System mit drei Kühleinheiten, das perfekt funktionierte. Ein Muss bei 38 Grad Temperatur im Sommer in Florenz. Auch die Klima-Anlage war top gepflegt, da haben wir auch schon andere Erfahrungen gemacht. Die Lage ist gut, etwas raus aus der Altstadt, vorbei an schönen Villen - aber keineswegs abgelegen. Mit dem Bus ist man schnell bei allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wir empfehlen, sich die App von at bus herunterzuladen. Ticketkauf, Routen, Realtime-Zeitangaben.....alles drin. Wir haben das Auto nicht gebraucht. Ein riesiger Supermarkt ist fußläufig erreichbar. Man muss dann zurück allerdings den Hügel rauf. Für uns ein kleiner, liebgewonnener Nachmittagssport. Das einzige, was wir nicht gefunden haben, ist ein Flachbild-TV in der Wohnung. Und wir haben ihn nicht vermisst. Man kann in Florenz seine Abende wirklich besser verbringen als vor dem TV. Die Gastgeber-Familie (wir haben den Vater und zwei Söhne kennen gelernt) sind sehr zuvorkommend, nett und hilfsbereit. Mit Englisch kommt man hier zurecht. Das ist nicht überall in der Toskana und Florenz so, wie wir feststellen mussten. Insgesamt eine perfekte Wahl. Wenn wir wieder mal nach Florenz kommen, dann sicher auch wieder zu Fattoria di Malavolta.
