Our bathtub had rust in it which isn’t very sanitary. The coating on the bottom where your feet are was chipped. Lovely touch mirror though and the staff was nice.

I did not like my flexible shower head was broke from the connector.As well the water did not go off with a complete stop.I had to keep twisting it to get to a point where the water stop.

I stay here everytime I visit home and it’s a hit or miss sometimes it’s a good stay and sometimes it’s a crappy stay but honestly for the price… no bugs

One of our top 3 properties to stay because of the surrounding areas, the cleansing, and just love the staff from the front desk to the housekeeping could not ask for a better staff crew. So of course most definitely we WILL be back to stay again.

This hotel is disgusting. Our 1st room smelled of gasoline and we were switched to another room. The 2nd room had bedbugs (photo attached) and when I asked for a refund because we left shortly after seeing this they said no. The reason they gave Hotels.com was because they have contacted pest control who told them there was no bugs. If you're smart do not stay here.

Christina and the staff are great but the owners need to realize without the staff the Days Inn by the civic center would be nothing
