The remodeled bathroom includes new fixtures, vanity, toilet, and customized shower. Laundry room with washer and dryer. New fixtures, paint, and waterproof luxury vinyl flooring are abundant throughout the home. New windows and new roof installed September 2023. The home is located between and within two miles of the Medical University of South Carolina and the McLeod Regional Medical Center, and is close to the revitalized district of downtown Florence, making all three locations an easy five-minute drive. This three bedroom, one bathroom home provides a comfortable lifestyle, especially with all the newly-installed features. The neighborhood is in a peaceful, established, quiet, and safe area of Florence, SC. The half-acre yard provides plenty of space for unwinding and relaxing. Lawn service is included. Utilities are the responsibility of the tenant. No pets and no smoking. First month's rent and security deposit equal to one month's due at move-in. Move-out cleaning, including carpet cleaning to restore the home to the condition received are charged to the tenant. Rent is $4,800/month.
