Beautiful room with wonderful staff! Very central location and right in the hustle and bustle of the city. The balcony was great for relaxing and watching the world go by. The clock tower was a very nice wakeup call every morning. The breakfast brought to the room was a good way to start the day. Would highly recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay a Cterretani Palace. The green room we got had a balcony with a view of the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. Needless to say it's THE central location. The room was lovely and clean too. The staff are very helpful, attentive and friendly. The only caveat is the street has unavoidable noise, but it quiets down after 11pm. We are so glad to choose to stay here, will definitely come back.

The property is in a perfect location to view the sites. Within walking distance to everything you need. The room is spacious and clean. Noisy at night so if you have difficulties with sleep best to bring ear plugs. My only complaint about room is that the bed only had a sheet, no duvet. Blanket in cupboard was dusty. Breakfast was very good and delivered to your room at your requested time. Eduardo at check in was excellent and very helpful. I would stay again.

This is not an hotel but a guesthouse on the second floor without elevator of a large and nice apartment with different rooms for guests, the building is not well maintained but the guesthouse is well maintained, the staff are only there mostly in the morning and you will need codes to get into the building. however, rooms are big, clean and well equipped staff is very attentive and helpful, overall a good stay if you don’t mind the idea of not being in a real hotel, being such in prime location expect noisy streets sounds and music during the evening

Delightful place to stay in Florence. Edouardo is so accommodating and attentive. Fantastic bed, shower and decor. It was a nice retreat from the crowds at all museums. A sanctuary within the hub. 10 minute walk from the train station. I would stay there again.

5-star stay in the middle of Florence

Location was perfect, right in front of the Duomo. Room very spacious, clean and well fitted. Edoardo was very helpful. Carried both our suitcases up and then down at end of trip. Very highly recommended for anyone wanting an incredible experience right in the middle of this fabulous city.

Very cool place in the heart of the action - wonderful view of the Duomo. Since this place is in the Duomo square, it does get very noisy at night which is the only con. Otherwise definitely recommend.

Location, location, location!

Location, location, location. Most of the main attractions are 7 minute walk. The staff is friendly, the breakfast is delivered to your room, and the fabrics are nice. The only con that I see is that is not necessarily a ¨Luxury" B&B as it is advertised. For instance, you need to move your luggage several stairs up/down.
