The Breakfast Buffet was fabulous - so many options which catered to all dietary needs such as gluten-free and vegan. Staff were so friendly and helpful, particularly with helping store luggage before check-in and after check-out.

Great Location

We really liked the Alba Palace Hotel. It's in a great location, clean, and the breakfast was good. The front desk people could of been nicer, but would definitely stay again.

We loved this hotel, it far exceeded our expectations. Our room was stunning, the hotel in general was beautiful, and the location was perfect (only 4 minutes walk to the train station, 10 minutes to the duomo or the bridges)

Great hotel

Excellent hotel. All staff very helpful and friendly. The hotel was very clean. It was a 5 minute walk from the train station and a 15 minute walk to the main tourist sights. The breakfast had a good choice. The area around the hotel was good with restaurants very close by.

Wonderful stay at Florence.

Very nice place to stay. Full breakfast was very nice and tasty. Stuff was friendly and always helpful. Walking distance to the rail station and very close to the city historic center. Highly recommended.

Very spacious, lots of room for the luggage’s and anything a traveler/family would need. The Balcony was a really nice bonus. The free happy hour and the breakfast included also made this stay more amazing. Really close to the Train station and most of the attractions. Overall, an excellent place for the price as well.

Overall no problem except having mosquitos in the room. Also there was little smell in the room. Maybe due to old building. It wasn’t too bad. It’s convenient location though and breakfast included.
