"The room was in a state of extreme disrepair. There were tears and stains in the chairs and bedding - absolutely disgusting. The faucet in the bathroom was broken and the sink looked like someone had poured coffee or a brown substance on it and it hadn't been cleaned by housekeeping. There was also dirty linens/towels in the room - this was unacceptable and the couple I'd booked this for had to leave the same night. They didn't end up staying because the place was so disgusting and dirty."
