NEW Flagstaff single-story home with a beautiful backyard and Hot Tub!

Beautifully built single-story home right off Route 66 in Flagstaff (built in 2022). Amazing indoor/outdoor space with hot tub, shuffleboard table, putting green, seating area, and fire pit. Great for a family getaway! This is the ideal location for exploring the many sites of Northern Arizona - minutes to Downtown Flagstaff, Snowbowl Ski Resort, Sedona, and the Grand Canyon. The house is loaded with amenities and fun for the whole family!

Please note that parties are not allowed.
Hot tub was recently installed and guests must agree to waiver for use of hot tub or reservation can be canceled by host.

There is room for one car in the garage and 2 in the driveway. Overnight street parking is NOT allowed in the community.

Note: Property contains external security cameras in the front of the house, and one in the backyard. The camera in the backyard is pointed AWAY from the hot tub to give guests privacy.

We really enjoyed our time at the home. It was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a nice weekend with family skiing at Snowbowl. We'll come back in the future if the place is available.

House was larger than we were expecting. We especially enjoyed the high ceilings, large kitchen space, and the open floor plan leading into the entertainment area. While we did not need to communicate much, the host was excellent about responding if we had any questions.

Vincent was very responsive to any questions I had leading up to my stay. The home was very clean and inviting. The master bed was perfectly firm with ample pillow options & the kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils, flatware, and cookware to make just about anything. We visited during NAU Family Weekend and were able to make some of our favorites for our daughter. We’ll look at staying here again for future Flagstaff visits

This was a family trip with four adults, a 13 year old and a 2 year old. The home is amazing. Clean, well stocked, and the putting green, hot tub, shuffleboard table and grill kept us all busy. The neighborhood is friendly and quiet. Not hard to find off the freeway and close to restaurants, shopping, and attractions. We travel a lot and this is one of the nicest homes we’ve stayed in. The entire home is well stocked and self check in was a breeze. I had one question upon arrival and the owners responded very quickly. This is a must stay for Flagstaff.

Could not have been happier with our stay. The only thing that was unexpected was that the house was even NICER than it looked in the pictures. It was perfect for our kids (4 & 1) because everything like the dining room table and coffee table had rounded edges so there were no sharp edges for them to get hurt on. This house was a family dream. Neighborhood was unbelievable and the neighbors were very nice and welcoming when we saw them out front. This was a steal for the price we paid and we will definitely be back.

This house was perfect for our 2 week exploration of AZ. So pleased with how wonderfully clean it was, including the hot tub. Conveniently close to Flagstaff yet in a quiet little neighborhood. Owner was prompt in responding to my concerns and offered great suggestions as well. Shuffleboard was such a nice addition! If we are able to return to this area, this is where I would want to stay. Thank you!

Well appointed home in a convenient location for a visit with our NAU students. Very comfortable and relaxing. The kitchen was equipped for preparing and cooking meals. We took advantage of the outdoor propane bbq and fireplace. Also enjoyed the shuffle board table for some friendly competition. You won't be disappointed. Thank you again!

One of the best VRBO homes we’ve rented! From start to finish, this has been an amazing experience! The owners are very responsive. The home is even better than it looks! It is gorgeous! The layout is perfect, extremely clean, and it has a nice a split bedroom floor plan. The kitchen opens to the great room for a complete family experience. The beds are VERY comfortable. The location is wonderful too. About six minutes to supermarkets and restaurants. We are already thinking about when we can come back! Thank you Vincent and Susan.

We came to Arizona on a family vacation. We chose this VRBO because it offered so many wonderful amenities. Travelling with teenagers is radically different from traveling with little ones - so we had specific things we wanted from a VRBO. Teenagers need space to lounge, and as parents we needed a "hook" to get them to hang out with us! #IYKYK The three hole putting green, hot tub, and shuffle board provided the perfect backdrop for moments of connectivity as a family. As a couple, we loved walking the neighborhood every morning and night. There was a lovely trail that connected to the neighborhoods which was perfect for watching the sunset. Flagstaff was an easy drive to so many places/attractions - Sedona, Rock Slide State Park, Grand Canyon, Snowbowl Ski Resort, and Jerome. We could lounge in the morning (teenager timelines), and then venture for the day to each of these sites. At night, we could sit under the stars and watch the full moon from the hot tub. Simple moments, but they were much appreciated. The hosts for this VRBO were quick with their communication, and the house was well-laid out, clean, and beautiful. The pictures don't give a sense of how spacious the kitchen and living room are. We would recommend this VRBO, its hosts, and the neighborhood it was in. We felt safe here, comfortable, and were able to enjoy many laughs and moments as a family.
