"I’ve stayed at many hotels this one asked my guest for her drivers license as well as mine! I thought that was weird because room is only in my name! WiFi was horrible! Food from room service was terrible! Pool was amazing! Very clean hotel! "

"The Compass is one of the nicest hotels we've stayed at in a while. That's saying something because we've stayed in about a dozen hotels in the last two months alone. The location is perfect for visiting Flagler Beach. It's surrounded by excellent espresso cafes, restaurants, and shopping and is a few steps from the Atlantic Ocean and the Flagler Pier. Staff is friendly and helpful. The free breakfast offerings are somewhat better than average and the house coffee is definitely a cut above. We'll be heading back to the area in the next few months and we will not consider staying anywhere other than the Compass."
