Family fun

This location was perfect for our kids and grandchildren was good to all share breakfast together and enjoying each other under one roof we would like to return again some day

Enjoyable stay

Property was very clean, easy checkin and out. Property was as described, only minor negative was the lack of silverware, dishes and traditional coffee pot and holes under the fence if you bring a dog, wasn’t a issue for us as we did not leave her unattended outside. Updated property and furniture with plentiful seating

We stayed from 29th Dec to 31st Dec- It’s a beautiful, clean, well maintained place. Very nice backyard for the dog.Each room was very comfortable. Would definitely stay again!!

Great home, VERY comfortable

This home is very nice, large enough for families but also cozy for just two. It does have a fenced backyard which was nice for our pup, although the gap below the gate might allow the smaller pups to wiggle out. The host was very responsive to our questions and requests, thanks!

Christmas getaway.

We love coming up here we come up to ride our bicycles or mountain bikes. Everything was great I did have a fall bicycling and had to visit a local hospital which was super very nice Advent hospital. Your house is very lovely and we did clean the floors and wash the sheets before we left so I hope you don't have much to clean up we loved your place thank you very much

Anniversary Celebration

We had this property rented for our relatives that traveled from MI and TX to attend our parent’s 70th wedding anniversary. The property meet our needs but felt that the maintenance of the exterior landscaping could have been better in my opinion.

Spacious and comfortable

Spent 3 weeks at this house in March 2025. The house is very spacious and is exactly as it appears in photos. The house is located in a very quiet neighorhood but is close to shopping and restaurants. Flagler Beach is a short drive away. Communication with owner was great and he was quick to reply to any request. I would definitely choose this house if in the Palm Coast area in the future, and would recommend to family and friends. watotoreplyrequestreqwould definitely choose this house

Great getaway

Price is very good for what you get! 4 bedroom plus office with futon. Clean. Spacious. Private yard. Nice appliances, huge TV. Could use more dinnerware, utensils and drinkware, towels. Grill is charcoal and small. No outdoor furniture. Owner was super helpful with lock problems several times. Very responsive!

Confortable stay

We stayed for biketoberfest 2024. Home waa very clean and easily accessable. Location was in a quiet neighborhood with nice neighbors. Driveway was longer than usual which was nice. The garage was available for use and was large enough to accomidate the motorcycles. Nice backyard. All the extras available for this home was much appreciated! Communication waa excellent with owner!!

Wonderful host, beautiful home!

The house was clean and ready for us when we got there! The house was spacious and we certainly did not feel crammed in with 7 adults and an infant. The second refrigerator was a savior since we had family bring us food and goods to go home with. About the host, I reached out to him to make sure we weren’t going to get cancelled like another host did to us, to ensure our last Christmas with my parents were secured. He was quick to reply and secured the dates. Thank you again Daniel!

Nice Big Home in the Suburbs

Overall the wife and I had a very nice time.We stayed for 6-weeks and our Kids and grandchildren joined us for a week.Good: Master bedroom bed was very comfortable, the furniture and the TV in the living room was very nice, Kitchen was large and also very nice and a fenced in yard.Could use some improvements: Carpets in bedrooms either need to be replaced or removed, minor smells. Fenced in yard has a couple of locations that small dogs can get through (we just put a board up that we found in garage). Other beds are not very comfortable and should be replaced. NO local channels on TV's but there were plenty of available streaming channels on all TV,s except in one bedroom.

Very gracious host. Amenities were nice. Minor repairs (towel hanger in main bathroom kept falling off) may be due - but VRBOs are often abused by those who stay. It’s a lovely home and our dogs had room to roam. We won’t hesitate to rent again.
