You have full access to the entire upstairs unit and private balcony as well as front yard common area, which includes fire pit, BBQ, and outdoor beach shower. (First come first serve!)

This is a duplex. You will most likely have neighboring guests, unless you rent out the entire property!



Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. This is strictly enforced to honor our neighbors and the city permit!
