"We were a bit confused initially when we arrived in an out of town shopping zone. The hotel facilities were excellent but I felt that the staff were keen for us to finish our lovely meal. We had arrived in the restaurant at 20.30 and had been reassured that we were welcome. Maybe I've misread things but I did get a vibe that staff would prefer if we finished sooner rather than later."

"Totally fantastic (nearly perfect) hotel! Location is amazing, breakfast is truly exceptional, bar has great food (not "bar food", great food!). The look & feel of the entire hotel is great, and the service is first class.
