Modern comforts in an excellent location.

Excellent location for railway stations and shopping. Only a short walk to the old town. Modern hotel, clean and with good facilities including a bath and a fan. Could be improved by putting a charging socket on both sides of the bed, changing lumpy flat pillows and supplying a second luggage rack. Staff at reception rather mixed in their attitude.

Quick one-night stay

Convenient location if you are doing a quick trip through Lille. Right by the major train stations and a large mall. Was pretty active and noisy but if you’re looking for a spot to be able to get to the trains quickly the next morning and are not spending too much time at the hotel, I would definitely recommend.

This hotel is basically a travelodge so book knowing that. There's no aircon (despite Expedia saying there is). There are notes in the loft saying it's installed but not functioning yet. There are oscillating fans in rooms. Basically, this is a decent hotel with great staff. It's clean and the rooms are big by European standards. As mentioned above, it's like staying in a travelodge (a well cared for one).

Cheap and comfortable and conveniently located

This hotel is a 5 minute walk from The two main railway stations and a pleasant 15 minutes walk from the Grand Place. Reception staff were courteous and friendly and efficient. Our room on the 3rd floor was a reasonable size and comfortably furnished. We were able to sleep with ghe window open which was a bonus. Continental breakfast was nice and served in a pleasant dining room. Lille is a beautiful small city with many bars and restaurants and several pedestrianized streets. This hotel is perfect for a short stay, particular for people travelling by train.

The location is very close to the train station and attractions. However, there was a strong smell coming from the bathroom and airing it out with the window and door for hours didn’t help. Bathroom door was also broken. Rooms need maintenance.

This is in a very modern area peppered with old buildings that give a lovely contrast to the unique modern architecture. There is a giant park right across the street that is very inviting and well-maintained. Most people in this area are walking and bicycling to and from work or having a meal or a drink outside on the main square. We are within a 2-minute walking distance of the Eurostar train station. Unfortunately, we were only here for one night, but Lille definitely deserves another visit to explore it more fully.

The hotel or one of their neighbors is under construction. I was awakened at 745 am by incessant drilling. Plus any room near an elevator will hear dinging all the time. Im not sure if it was guests or hotel security, but, I was awakakened by elevator noise around 2am. Noise also from street below. Sewer smell from bathroom. On the plus side, they found me a room at 11am. A handicapped room though. I think they have only 1 maid. I saw people in the lobby waiting a long time for a room. Good location. In between the two train stations and in a mall.

Great location very close to Lille Europe and Lille Flanders train stations. Very short walk to get to old town (10 minutes walk). Basic hotel, but clean, quiet and comfortable. Small, but nice bathroom. Small room with minibar fridge. Air conditioning being installed right now which will be a bonus. Would stay again, terrific value for money.
