"The hotel is very clean, there’s a lot of room space and room is also very clean (including bathroom). The hotel is suited right opposite of the cableway so it’s easy to get to. The breakfast buffet has a variety of choices including local food and continental breakfast to select from. What I liked the most is the friendly staff, they personalized the stay and welcomed us with night time red bean soup and also warm ginger tea even when we already checked out (it was rainy). "Part of the national park (heavens gate) is very close (10 mins in car) other parts are further away but that would be the same for any hotel you stay in, the park is vast and has 5 gates so you would choose a gate then a hotel close to that gate. The staff here are amazing (10 star) so friendly and helpful and communication is not a problem, the hotel is simplistic and a little remote but all we needed was somewhere to sleep as there is too much to see and do, if you want to eat at the end of the day the food is 10 star I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone."

They picked us up from the train station and they also take you to the (east) entrance to the national forest which is only 3 minutes away. They will also arrange all of the tickets. "
