"I only stayed one night before flying g back to the US. The rooms are clean, did not smell musty, all of the employees are very friendly and helpful and there is a free shuttle to terminal 3. The food is just ok. "

"The staff was amazing, especially Andrea. We arrived at the hotel pretty late, after a long day of traveling, I was in a pretty bad mood from a terrible flight and lack of sleep. But when we walked in door and Andrea greeted us with a warm smile, it felt like coming home, and instantly improved my mood. She did everything she could do ensure we were happy. If anyone from the Best Western Corporate Office reads this review, I hope you know you have a real winner in Andrea."

"We had a wonderful time here. The host, Federico, was a message away from assisting with any questions or needs. He was awesome helping with car services into Rome and back. The house was clean, the cleaning staff were very friendly and had attention to detail. We felt at home. The area was also nice for a suburb, with a grocery store, pizzeria, bakery and restaurant near by. It would be a pleasure to stay there again. "

"Amazing resort with beautiful spas. Staff were great. Room was beautiful and totally spotless. There were a couple miscommunications though. We made reservations at the hotel restaurant for 8pm and got a call from the front desk around 745 telling us we had reservations at 730 and that they were fully booked from 8-9 and to come down asap, but there was only a couple other people in the restaurant when we got there, so not sure what that was about. We also booked the airport shuttle via email before arrival (as their directions state to do), but it seems like no one had any record of that. Luckily another couple was going to the airport at the exact same time, otherwise I think we might have been out of luck. I have all the email copies of these reservations, but something got lost in communication. Overall though it's a fantastic resort, beautiful and relaxing. Wonderful spas and great way to spend the night before a flight! "
