"1. This place is nice. It's a building with several rooms downstairs (which are not this place) and an upper level (which is this hotel) with maybe four rooms that share a kitchen. 2. Parking is impossible. Narrow potholed streets. We learned we could park at the pharmacy about four blocks away. You could park across the road, in the weeds/trashy strip, but the right-side door would be right against a brick wall. 3. Access was a mess for a US visitor: Our phones don't work until we have internet, right? Our flights took so long to get to Rome that we never saw the entry instructions in time (our phones didn't work unless we had wifi, and wifi was inside the hotel, behind a locked gate). No one is at the property to help. But, aside from that, it's a good place. It's not right on the Tiber, and if I go back, that's where I will stay next time."

"I have never been to a better 1-night stay! The owner's were very friendly and very helpful! The rooms and accommodations were beautifully and tastefully designed and there was one 1 single detail missed. From the bedding to the pillows, the curtain style and ribbon bow tied wrapped bath linens. Every single detail a traveler would want or need was in our room, fully stocked fridge, a biscuit with coffees, latte and sugar, tea if you like. A luggage weigher, bath amenities galore. Like I said, every single detail was there and so tastefully presented. I would rate our stay far beyond the maximum rating. The owners even gave us a parting gift bag full of various Italian treats for our travels. I wish we had more time to chat with them as they were the kind of people who really care about others. My hat is off to them with a heartfelt goodbye, William."
