"Really great staff and really spacious (by London standards) clean and trendy rooms. The bar and restaurant spaces were booked for private events both evenings of our stay and were a bit noisy but we were warned at check in and the hotel have made attempts to install sound proofing for the rooms. Ultimately I would recommend a stay here. "

"Was a terrific stay, loved the location, suite was fantastic. One note worthy concern, we were not real fans of having to lock entrance door from inside. Very dangerous if there is a fire ensuring you leave in a rush with keys. Great spot! Thank you, Wayne & Marnie "

"The property wasn't available but they took the booking anyway. Also, didn't bother to inform us. We called them to check right before we were due to check-in and found out there is no place for us. We had to scramble to find another place at the very last minute. Hotels.com was not very helpful either. We are Gold members. Not sure, how hotels.com treats other members or may be gold membership doesn't mean anything to them."
