"Very nice house, I didn't read everything on listing and I am not use to a owner living at the property. However, you most likely want even hear or see them it's just in your head. One can't fully unwind because of the fact. However, my best friend and I are active so we were not at the house 24/7 Honestly the house, neighborhood, and location is great, and don't know the name of suburb but the area has everything as far as businesses and restaurants. I would consider staying again if traveling to the Springs. The neighborhood is very quiet at night so one can sleep well. "

"Overall, the property itself was very nice, clean, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and the amenities were solid, so no complaints there. However, the check-in and check-out times were frustrating. A 4:00 PM check-in combined with an early check-out significantly reduces the actual usable time of the stay. It ends up feeling like you are paying for a full night but only getting a partial day. Because of that, I will be avoiding hotels with these kinds of hours going forward. It takes away from an otherwise great stay and just doesn’t feel like a good value."

"Viola made this experience one of the best experiences that I have had with a Vrbo! Her hospitality was behind what was expected. The downstairs facility was more than adequate for myself and my daughter, and we could’ve brought extra people with us. She had some great state-of-the-art cooking appliances to make our stay easier and of course the hot tub was fabulous. The only downside I have are the stairs are a little bit, steep to go down to the basement so keep that in mind if you’re not able to move very well up and downstairs but overall 10 out of 10 I would definitely stay here again. One of the best features is the drive off of the mountain out of the neighborhood. You have a beautiful view of Pikes Peak, and the gardens. "
