"We had a great stay. Staff was very friendly, food was good at the Moss and Oak. But the beds were very uncomfortable. We all had back aches in the morning and no queen beds in the hotel only full and kings. The other thing we didn’t like is the valet parking. The attendants were very helpful and nice, but we were expected to take a not so nice elevator to the parking garage to get our car. After doing it once, we refused to do it again and the guys outside helped us out by opening the garage door for us to go in from the front. At $50 per night to park, we really didn’t like that at such a nice hotel. "
