"The room description is very misleading. Some of the rooms have no window with a view of the outside world. It will overlook the inside elevator. I can’t imagine this is safe and also when morning comes you have no way of knowing.. no window for light to come in. Very claustrophobic and confining. "

"We needed to change rooms as the first room had many stains on the carpet, very noisy over Bay Street, broken marble sink counter. 4 nights stay and no one cleaned room or provided new towels. Breakfast consisted of cold cereal and bagel, as pancake maker wasn’t functioning. Great location, 3 minute walk to River Street and Bull Street brings you to Forsyth Square."

"The location of the hotel, the inviting lobby, and decent pool and patio area were the highlights. One of the two beds in our room was old and sagging. That’s not great for the back! I’m sure a few years ago the hotel was a notch up, but things just look tired and in need of a bit of extra care. We were pleasantly surprised by a fabulous dinner at the bar (from the main restaurant kitchen). The food was terrific!"
