"Our condo was lovely. We had a lower level (which is nice for carrying things in, but the view of the lake is blocked more by vegetation), one bedroom--king bed with a jacuzzi in the room. Lovely kitchen (large, nice appliances, well equipped), a dining room with a table for 6 (we used the table to do the 1,000 piece puzzle found in the closet along with other boredom-busting games like Monopoly), a large living room with sofa bed (our teen slept on it--seems like a queen size) and easy chair/ ottoman. TV in both the living room and bedroom. Great deck to enjoy the flowers and beautiful North Shore air. Fun to explore the trails that go down to the lake (there are a few fire pits with benches along the shore), one of which ends at the mouth of Poplar River where it disgorges at the old Lutsen Lodge (the burned out remains can be seen along with the still-standing stone fireplace; very sad, all of it). Short trail hike up the river a bit too. Overall quite (although you may hear the neighbors during the day--each condo is in a 4-condo unit, so hard to avoid). When we stayed there the price was less than a hotel room in Tofte. Great deal. [Plus you're close to Temperance, Cascade, the fun up in Lutsen, Grand Marais, etc.]"

"The whole stay was what we expected. The accommodations were good. The price was on the fair side. Little rustic in a few spots, but other than that, I will definitely be rebooking and returning to stay there again. The staff when we talked to them were phenomenal very polite very informative very pleasant."

"Loved our stay at Lutsen Sea Villas and would highly recommend it for all travelers and lovers of the Nature. The unit is right on the lake shore with beautiful views of the Lake Superior and relaxing sounds of the breakers. There is an easy hiking trail on the property - convenient for mornings strolls and walking doggies. The villa is equipped with everything you’d need for your stay, including cooking, if you wish. There are complimentary bikes available. Lutsen Sea Villas are conveniently located with short drives to hiking trails, gondola ride, winery, restaurants, etc. Thanks to Barb and Kayla for making our stay pleasant."

"Eagle Ridge is a beautiful property in a great location, and overall it seems very well maintained. Our room was extremely clean when we arrived, which we really appreciated. We did have a few maintenance issues during our stay. The lock on our bathroom door was broken, and there was a screwdriver and pair of pliers left sitting on the counter when we checked in, which made it seem like a repair had been started but not finished. The sauna was also not working the first night of our stay, and unfortunately the hot tub was not working the second night. We really enjoyed the activities at Lutsen. The gondola ride was amazing and definitely a highlight of our trip. The alpine slide was also a lot of fun. Both were quite expensive, especially for a family, but we were glad we did them. Overall, Eagle Ridge is a nice, clean property in a beautiful setting. We enjoyed our stay, but for the price, we would have expected the room and resort amenities to be fully functional."
