"Nice hotel, clean and comfortable. The area was pretty quiet, no bars/pubs or night clubs around, other than some restaurants. About 2-3 km to the promenade in the centre, which was quit more noisy and busy. Loved the Mango Beach, clean beach. Not sand, but fine, round gravel that was totally fine to step on. Took 7 min walk from the hotel. The staff were polite and helpful, but not very smiling or sincerely friendly, did sadly not ecxactly feel very welcome. At the time we were there, there...

"Great property. Staff were amazing and the pool was a highlight. Breakfast was 10/10. Only thing is the doors at the balcony are not soundproof so could hear music from the beach club or people talking on balconies next door "

"Awful hotel. There was a reception desk but we did not see any staff the whole time we stayed. The front door was left open the whole time with no staff there and our room was right at the front. Anybody could walk in and out and we felt very unsafe. The room was fine/ ok. Only a really thin sheet to sleep in and when you have AC on this is not enough so we were cold all night. Found some foul smelling and dusty blankets in the cupboard for the following night which kept us warmer but felt...

"Was upgraded to the second hotel of the group in the city. Only problem was it was hard to find, because a road was closed. A hotel employee found my car and took me there. Great service! "

"Very clean, newly refurbished, daily cleaning, spacious. Local to amenities, beachclubs. Ideal spot for everything at Sarande. Only recommendation: breakfast was very poor. Not many options. Presentation wasn't very great so not appealing. Also balcony walls were darkened and levelled at eye level so it was annoying. Can't see out and chairs not comfortable so wasn't convenient sitting at balcony. "

"The property and service offered by the owner was excellent and personalised. By far, the cleanest apartment we have ever stayed at. It was also self-contained, which meant we had the utensils to cook, clean and do our laundry. And all of this was just a relatively short walk away from the foreshore.
