This beautifully presented home is positioned in a quiet street just an easy walk to Fingal Bay Beach and shops. As it isa quiet residential area, party bookings are not permitted as noise must always be kept to a minimum so as not to upset the peaceful neighbourhood.
Set on the high side of the street the home offers relaxed open plan living areas that flow to a covered private outdoor entertaining area with a 6 person spa.
Recently updated with new flooring and freshly painted, the home features a light and airy beachside ambiance and captures cool sea breezes from the elevated aspect.
The heart of the home is the open plan style kitchen providing a central hub for entertaining and relaxing with friends and family around the dining and family room with reverse cycle air conditioning, 3 bedrooms all with built in robes and ceiling fans plus the main bedroom has an ensuite and theres also a study or childrens retreat connecting all of the bedrooms. 4th Bedroom with queen bed accessed from front Sliding Glass Doors Free wifi provided for guest use. The rear yard is fully enclosed with established garden beds and a generous paved entertaining area with a 6 person spa.

Good quiet location with plenty of parking for the cars close to the beach. We did find lots of mouse poo in one of the cupboards but once we cleaned the cupboard it didn’t come back so probably no mice in the premises now.
Our family of 7 adults and a 10 month old had a very pleasant week at Fingal Bay. The house was comfortable and spacious. Kitchen very well equipped and house was well located.
Great house for a family vacation. Well layed out, very neat and clean. Peaceful area, lovely views and close walk to Fingal Bay. Spa bath in the backyard was a hit, especially with teenagers. The only issue was the room downstairs, it was a little musty and could use a screen door but other than that we were very happy with the house and our stay.
Lovely property. Easy walk to beach, National Park and small local shops. Kitchen well supplied with utensils, pots and pans etc.
The spa was an added luxury.
Only comment is the fire place is not in use.
The clean well maintained property suited our family group of grandparents, parents and children without being on top of each other. The spa was a big hit for young and old.
Access via stairs maybe not so good for the elderly with mobility issues and lack of wi-fi was a disappointment for the kids. Overall excellent.

The location is fabulous only a 5 min walk to the beach and the beach is lovely except very crowded so was glad i could walk! The grocer shop was within walking and was fabulous except they should sell BBQ packs and the cellar bottleshop was a great backup. The house was on a steep block so no matter how you got in there were stairs!! The layout was interesting and the room attached to the garage had some smell and fly issues!! There is only one air-conditioner which when i went back to the rental information is quite clear!! The hot tub was great but had a lot of sand in it? The place was generally clean although ants everywhere when we arrived and no spray and the largest flying cockroaches ever!! Im sure a pest controller would do the job!! Its not quite as new as the puctures indicate but generally it was a beach house which was pretty well stocked for cooking and a beach holiday!! Lock up garage a bonus with even a trolley to take all your stuff to the beach !! The laundry had some major smell issue and so did the sewerage smell not sure where that was coming from... the shower in ensuite had no pressure and needed new shower rose!! The fan in one bedroom was broken and an outdoor light was hanging from eaves which when it rain flooded!! It was over priced but you would expect to pay $500 per night the trouble is i paid $5700 for 9 night??? You could easily accommodate 2 close families and love it !!
House has a good floor plan and offers ample space for two families. The interior is new and clean. Nice, spacious back yard to relax after a morning at the beach. The spa is a bonus, however the temperature was set too hot and we couldn't locate a manual to check how to adjust it.
Location is great - 4 mins stroll to the local cafe and 8 to the beach (with young kids in tow). Would definitely book again.

The place was fantastic. Rooms were nice and modern. Very large kitchen. 2 large televisions that were easy to connect to. The Spa was the highlight of the trip, easily could fit 6 people in there. Great walking distance to the beach, and short drive from the larger towns.

Upstairs was lovely, easy flow into outdoor entertainment area and the kids loved the hot tube. Downstairs rom was less than expected. Not only was it stifling hot, the bathroom was still in 1970s condition complete with dingy broken light, mould and a few dead cockroaches. Very disappointed with this. It needs to be renovated with air conditioning or not offered as an ensuite room.
Internally the house was spacious and reasonably well maintained ,the kitchen needs sorting out one saucepan and one of the frying pans need throwing out ,10-12 people need at least 12 plates and 12 cereal bowls , the washing machine rubber needs replacing or cleaning as the door is very hard to open ,
The downstairs room which my wife and i both in our seventies stayed needed 20 minutes of painting the peeling pint and nail hole to show the owner cared ,a second side table is needed ,nothing fancy on the other side of the bed and the base of the gyprock in the bathroom needed replacing .
The fan needed replacing in the children’s bedroom as the broken fan blade was in the garage , there were a couple of fly screens needed replacing , the patio was good and we used the BBQ several times the Hot Tub was well used by all because we brought a 3m cover to go over the top otherwise with the not sun coming down we would not have used it ,i can send photo of the side cover if you like .The top level of garden needs some TLC lawns uncut, the front of house plants also are overgrown and unkept .the trolley for the beach was great and used daily .TV ,s worked but WIFI is a must in this day and age .
Don’t get us wrong we had a great time , the beds were comfortable and towels upstairs were new ,pity our towels down stairs were old and not good ,
Our two son-in-law’s who are handy around their homes estimate approx $500 to fix most of the issues.

A really well appointed getaway house with comfortable beds, clean spacious bathrooms & a functional modern kitchen. The back patio area is superb with a wonderful spa, a great BBQ & ample outdoor seating including a hammock. Shower walk to beach, national park & great coffee. Highly recommended.
