John spoke to me in a rude and dismissive manner, which was unexpected and disappointing. More seriously, he made comments about my race that were discriminatory and biased. This made me feel unwelcome and disrespected during my stay.

The only downside was that the outdoor pool wasn’t heated, so my 8-year-old couldn’t enjoy it, and the indoor pool was reserved for the spa, with no access for children.
