"The hotel is exceptionally clean, and the staff friendly and helpful. We found it very quiet( although we were here at the end of April- it may be different in the high season.) The rooms are no frills, quite basic, but pleasant enough, with everything you need. Having a sitting room/ kitchenette seperate to the bedroom suited us well, as we tended to start the day at different times. "Location is excellent, 10 min walk into Ibiza new/old town and Dalt Vila, although steep hill to walk. 5min walk to Figueretes Beach and 25/30 min walk to Bora Bora beach. Loads of places to eat within a few minutes walk. Apartment was basic but very clean, room was cleaned every other day with fresh towels.
