Accept for getting lost on a trek in the surrounding forrest, the experience was incredible. Every morning we woke up to a breakfast, which included every kind of wonderful tasting foods that you could imagine. Stefani was so very helpful. It was an incredible tuscan experience.

The entire place was special! I loved the house and the history of the place. They did a great job preserving the beauty of the house while offering comfortable rooms. The breakfast was great and the hosts were very kind and warm. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone wanting to visit Tuscany and Florence. It was everything I expected. Sipping vino while watching the sunset was the best in their lovely outside area. I hope to return to this lovely place again.

What a lovely stay we had at Farm Casavecchia with our host Stephania!
Stephania was terrific. She was there to greet us and take us to our rooms upon arrival and was always extremely helpful regarding anything we needed, be it restaurants to eat at, directions or information regarding the history of the area. We found her to be a very warm, gracious host.
The accommodations are self contained units. Ours had an entryway, large bedroom, loft with 2 additional beds, a kitchen with dining room table and bathroom. Great for couples or families. The Farmhouse itself is very nicely restored, with the structure dating back from 1100.
The setting is beautiful. It is surrounded by olive groves (Stephania and her family make olive oil). There is a nice big lawn with tables to sit at and a great pool. The location makes it easy for day trips around Chianti and Siena.
We highly recommend staying here and will no doubt be back at some point in the future.

We spent 5 nights here and had an excellent time. No AC but the nights were cool and open windows kept us all comfortable. Breakfast was amazing- some of the best pastry we had in Italy! Also very convenient for exploring Tuscany, with easy day trips to Sienna, San Gimignano, Firenze. Thank you Stephania!
