Late checkin was a nightmare, no staff on reception and an automated service outside the hotel was provided. Its great if it works but the system could not recognise my reservation, even after ringing the emergency numbers, no response. After 40 minutes and my taxi driver's patience he was able to finally get through to Milan where a chap on the other side provided an internal reservation number that got me finally checked in. Hotel is generally clean and provides a satisfactory breakfast, buffet style. Room has no ironing board and nor did reception, pillows were unlimited!! I would liken this hotel to TravelLodge in the UK
