Our only complaint was that we wanted to extend our stay by another night and the front desk could not do it without waiting for the reservation staff to arrive which wasn't to happen until 10am. Parking is tight. There was only three vehicles when we arrived but if there was four it would be tight especially if you have a bigger vehicle. We stayed in one of the rooms behind. It is simple and enough if you are staying one or two days short term. Very close to Volcano national park
