Le jardin est planté de nombreux arbres fruitiers, la piscine est extrêmement agréable et protégée par les arbres. Des terrasses extérieures permettent de prendre l’apéritif ou les repas à l’ombre des tilleuls où d’une pergola recouverte de vigne. "Cristiano war ein sehr entspannter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber! Das Haus ist sehr schön und geräumig, perfekt für eine kleine Reise mit mehreren Leuten. Avenale ist ein schöner und ruhiger Ort. Das Internet war nicht besonders schnell, war aber in Ordnung. Zum Einkaufen fährt man gut und gerne 30 Minuten, kann aber auch in dem kleinen Laden nebenan einkaufen. Vielen Dank, Cristiano... "Der erste Eindruck war gut. Denn der Empfang des Vermieters war herzlich. Alle Fragen wurden beantwortet und auf Wünsche wurde eingegangen. Auch Fragen nach einer guten Pizzeria oder einem guten Strandabschnitt wurden beantwortet. Die Bewertungen der einzelnen Bereiche sind unsere Eindrücke und werden sicherlich auf Grund eigener Erfahrungen abweichen. Das ist das, was uns wichtig war. "I proprietari sono molto gentili e disponibili. La casa è molto bella, cosi come la piscina e la taverna super attrezzata per stare insieme con amici e famiglia. Ci sn anche due cavalli per poter cavalcare. La villa con la vista panoramica sul mare e la luna durante la notte rende l'atmosfera ancora piu bella. Posizione ottima per andare sulla spiaggia o entro terra."

"Das Anwesen ist geräumig mit genügend und sehr sauberen Bädern. Der Pool ist topp und sehr gut gepflegt. Die Hausverwalterin war immer ansprechbar und hatte gute Tipps für Ausflüge. Die Küche ist sehr groß mit tollen Herden und einer guten Industriespülmaschine. Einziges Manko: Die Küchenutensilien sind mangelhaft. Kein Wasserkocher, kein Quirl, stumpfe Messer... Da könnte noch etwas nachgebessert werden. Alles in allem hat es meiner Familie und mir sehr gut gefallen."

"Il parco e la piscina sono stupendi, ma gli ultimi due giorni il "robot subacqueo" si è guastato e l'acqua è così risultata molto sporca. Purtroppo molti di noi sono stati pizzicati (alcuni in maniera grave, tanto da sospendere la vacanza) da un insetto presente all'interno della villa Alcune camere era completamente sprovviste di armadi, i vestiti lasciati nelle valigie per terra.
