"Convenient to Niantic town. Limited shopping and restaurants nearby. Located up a hill away from traffic. Room was clean and modern. Elevator was fast. Plenty of parking. Free breakfast was, ... well, ...... free. I've stayed here once a year for the past 10 years and watched it slowly improve. It is a basic motel. Low priced for the area. Nothing fancy. If you are looking for a budget overnight this is a good buy. The air conditioning in my room worked fine. My friends were not so lucky. I was only there from 8PM to 7AM so did not use any facilities."
