In the heart of the Redwoods/10 min from the beach

Spend the holidays in this charm & modern cottage. Located on a large, sunny, quite 3/4 acre lot. It boast many areas of outdoor space. It has very comfortable beds and is spacious enough for up to six people. The master bedroom is large and open with french doors to access to the deck where you'll rest in the hammock and watch wild animals passing by. Great commute location, 5 minutes to town, Henry Cowell State Park, Felton Park, Roaring camp, and only 10 minutes from the Santa Cruz beach.
