"For the price, I found it to be quite nice. It was simple, doesn't look like much from the outside, but the rooms were very clean. They also use the newer, quieter air conditioners, as opposed to the old, loud things still far too common at budget hotels in the U.S. Pool was clean and cool. Nice soft lighting around the beds for winding down. I would stay here again, no hesitation. "

"We had an excellent family vacation at this home. We had enough room for everyone and there was so much for the 9 grandchildren age 3-13 to do. The home was well stocked with everything we needed for our 4 night stay. The pool and hot tub were great. Everything was very clean."

"Had a great stay. Hosts were extremely responsive! The driveway is insane, so I wouldn’t recommend that for anyone with mobility issues but the property was otherwise perfect for our group. "

"This place was beautiful! It was a fun stay. There were few things that surprised us though. One was how steep the hills are to get to the cabin. We loved the adventurous feel of it but it was hard to bring our suitcases up and down. Property didn't have any drinkable water and we weren't prepared. We also thought we had pool to ourselves but on the last day we bumped into another guest."

"Home was perfect for our family gathering, beds were comfortable, we enjoyed the spa, kitchen was adequately supplied with appliances, dishes, and utensils. We also enjoyed the pool table.The home was conveniently located near where our son lives and a reasonable distance from San Diego. We appreciated the nice neighborhood as well.The owner responded promptly to our questions and concerns.We did have some small issues:Some of the outdoor lights overlooking the pool area did not work.The tv in the downstairs master bedroom did not work.The home is very sparsely furnished.There were no comfortable chairs in master bedrooms for reading quietly or putting on shoes.Sofas were nice but no individual chairs in living room.Additional artwork and decor on shelves would make the home more attractive.Dressers were small and used as nightstands in some bedrooms.Regular nightstands with table lamps would have been more convenient.We know the owner purchased the property within the last year or so and is probably in the process of acquiring more furnishings and updating the window treatments.Overall, we were happy with our choices and wish the owner success as a vrbo owner."

"This place was a little piece of paradise everything you need. Phil and Kristina are very accommodating hosts met all our needs. Shopping , restaurants, and sights close or within 30 minutes. We were impressed. "

"The pictures don't do it justice. This home was so much better in person. The host was on top of any and all concerns we had. There were only two downfalls to this place. First is the fact that the jacuzzi is controlled by an app you have to download and it takes awhile to get warm. And the second is the fact that you eventually have to check out and go home. My family completely enjoyed this place. We would love to come back in the future. "
