"When I checked in, I was assigned a room. When I went to the room, it hadn't been cleaned after the previous guest (I've attached a photo). They moved me to a room next door, where the toilet was leaking, and the pump would kick on every 30 seconds or so. The front desk attendant had a look at it, but he was able to slow the leak, so it turned on every 5 minutes. So I had to put on a white-noise app on my phone to try to mask the sound so I could get to sleep.
Also, there are no outlets anywhere near the head of the bed (they're all on the far side of the room). I have to sleep with a medical device and had to rearrange the nightstands to cobble together a solution. Also, I try to charge my phone (which I use as a clock and an alarm) on the nightstand, so now I have to charge it on the far side of the room. What a terrible design choice."

"I absolutely loved staying at the tree house. It was so quiet and peaceful. The only sounds heard were the birds which is exactly what I was looking for. The treehouse was really clean and comfortable. The bed I slept in was SO comfortable! The sheets and pillow cases were really soft. They also stocked the fridge with some drinks and milk/cream for coffee which was really appreciated. They also left a bag of snacks! It was such a thoughtful gesture. I will definitely be back! Hopefully for a longer stay next time!"
