"We arrived at this venue last weekend, and within a minute of being shown to our room we decided there is no way we could possibly stay there. "Room not clean - hair in bath, footprint in bathroom where someone had stood on floor that was still wet, dusty, stains on wall looked like drink had been spilt on them, stained carpet, white powder around sofa legs and the faux wood covering on the bed side table was chipping off. Room wasn’t available until 40 mins after check in time. Breakfast was nice, recommended. Staff polite though didn’t communicate particularly effectively or apologetically about room delay. "
