"Excellent but too short."

"The property is of a very good standard overall. BUT the grey paint could do with a touch up in the room. The corridor carpet to room 63 could do with replacing, looks like room service has dropped bleach near every door along the way. The shower has AMAZING pressure!! The dining area is very good inside and out."

"Booking this holiday with Expedia turned out costly for us, we booked this hotel as it was dog friendly but when we arrived and they saw our dog they was you haven’t booked a dog but there was nowhere to prebook on the Expedia site. We didn’t mind paying £15 per night for dog but they also charged us £20 per night for having to change our room "

"Great location for coach and rail stations"

"No toilet brushes in rooms. Club facilities excellent although changing room showers are a little run down. Breakfast sausages - fabulous! Will surely return next year."

"Staff are friendly and very helpful, going out of their way to make you welcome. We arrived too early for check in and breakfast had been cleared away, However, we were welcomed into the dining room and a full breakfast was put together for us (Simmi is amazing!) The room was spacious and very clean. Location very convenient, as we were attending the boat show, which was on the doorstep of the hotel. Parking is onsite and the hotel is also convenient to the surrounding shopping area. It is located on the seafront and we had views of the cruise ships coming and going from our window. Would definitely stay again."
