owned property. It is conveniently located to downtown Main Street by being a half a block away. Also a 15 minute walk to surf Drive beach. The property was spacious and they have several buildings for different types of accommodations. There was a pre-wedding party going on when I got there and it was nice to see how well they handled the event and guests. It looked quite organized and kind of formal too.
