Room was recently updated and is nice. Good size freezer/refrigerator. Location is perfect for walks on Main St. with a lot of dining options. Our plans changed last minute and the manager worked with us to change our arrival/departure dates. Really appreciate him going above and beyond! We will definitely stay here again.

We had a nice stay here, the room was clean and the location was great. Our only complaint was that our room was very damp and musty smelling. As soon as we walked in the smell of must was very strong and remained that way throughout the weekend. After staying one night we woke up the next morning and some of our stuff like towels and clothes felt pretty damp.

This is my 4th stay at this property. The staff is super nice. The room is perfectly clean and a lot of attention to details have been taken. The car is right outside my door. The shower is large with good water pressure. Overall, one of my favorite places to stay. I travel a lot and love coming here.

It was our second stay here.This time our room was more comfortable smelled like fresh paint which to me is a good sign.Meaning that is was freshly renovated.Bathroom looked and felt brand new,the bed was very comfortable and it was in a very good location with great restaurants very close by.Ill definitely be back for a summer stay!

The room was clean and the AC worked great. The pool was open and the water was clean. The grounds were in great shape and clean. The only negative would be the soap as it was very small. I would highly recommend as my wife and I have stayed here many times. The location is within walking distance to restaurants and ferry. We went to the Cape Cod baseball game which was a five minute walk. The area is safe and will go back again.

Pros: Owner has gone above and beyond in decor of room. So cute. Felt like inside a very well done guest room in a home. Spotlessly clean as well. As it is a motel, no stairs to climb. Luggage out of car and into room in a jiffy. Latest bath hardware adds extra flair. Owner very accommodating when arrived at 10 pm. Thank you!! Within walking distance of everything, especially Betty's Diner - a hidden gem. Cons: Sink could have drained a little better. Would like to see bath gel and hair shampoo pumps in the shower attached to wall vs individual bottles.

Easy secure parking. Motel room and bathroom very clean and looked like it was recently updated, like new. Walking distance to town. Beds were comfortable. Room was spacious with a small table you could sit at. Only down side was that there was not a microwave in the room but had access to one if needed.
