The room was small, but ok. Unfortunately, the heater made lots of noise in the wall and it was hard to sleep. Breakfast was ok, nothing to write home about. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Genesis. The carpet in the hallway was probably installed incorrectly. It was coming up around the doors, even though it looked pretty new.

The employees got along so well. When I went to check in, the computers went down. They could not make keys. They called maintenance who came right away to help out. Then I told them I had a dinner to go to and they had someone walk me up and let me in with a master. I was able to get ready, and while I was in the room, they were able to get the computer up and I had keys before I left for the evening. You just could tell the staff respected each other.
