"This isn't a 5* hotel nor is it trying to be! A beautiful Inn, freshly renovated with a great vibe. The staff and food can be described as exceptional. I understand how the reviews are so good and I'm happy to add to them."

"Very nice property, beautiful views of the beach and lake from the property, nice garden area to sit and relax. Parking for two cars was really helpful. Truro and Falmouth were good places to visit. Trelissick Garden National Trust was also a good place to visit, especially if you are National trust members, the gardens there are beautiful. "

"The cottage was lovely. It had no Wi-Fi or 4g signal so planning the next days agenda was impossible until you drove out of the site. Also apart from the on site bar (the staff were wonderful) there was no where to walk easily to get something to eat. "

"Cannot praise everyone enough, from the moment we got there till when we left everyone was so helpful and welcoming, got upgraded to seaview room which was lovely, and bed was extremely comfortable, breakfast was excellent, cannot wait to come back again"
"Lovely old inn within minutes' walk of the town pubs and eateries. Be aware though, the shortest route is via the steep steps aptly called 'Jacob's ladder' across the road. Hotel staff were very friendly, incredibly friendly towards the dogs making it the perfect place to stay. Clean, comfortable and a good breakfast. Will stay again."
"Really well presented 2-floor apartment with views out over the estuary. Within easy walking distance of the old town centre and shops etc. Comfy bedrooms and a well equipped kitchen. Loved the big dining table we could all gather round. It’s in a quiet residential area with a park/garden area for use by residents (handy if you have a dog) and access to the water via a slip way or stairs if you like to swim etc. really great place to stay - thanks for having us!"
