First, the female and male manager were very very kind. We had been placed in a room where the WiFi unit was beeping loud and wouldn’t stop so we were moved to another room. The upstairs neighbors started making a lot of noise, stomping and sliding chairs around and it didn’t stop from 2-6 am when we decided to leave. We called the manager and he went up to the room and then called and they wouldn’t not answer the door. We went to the door twice and they wouldn’t t answer but they wouldn’t stop making noise. We got no sleep. We finally after being awake most of the night decided to leave. The rooms (we saw two) were lacking in cleanliness on a big level. We will not stay here ever again. I asked for a refund and was told I probably won’t get one. I feel the police should have been called after 4 hours of constant noise but nope.

Room was large and clean. A/C worked great. Nice swimming pool across the parking lot. Easy check in. Only suggestion is mop or sweep the room floors better. Left our socks and feet a little dirty. Otherwise, it was a great stay.

We'd stay again if passing through Fernley. Dated but very clean. Staff at the front desk were helpful and prompt. The cable tv was not working but apparently that was an entire town issue at the time? Good location right off the highway and close to dining and shopping.
