"Stayed at Holiday Inn Waterpark – Honest Review Overall, I had a good experience during my stay. The hotel is very clean, and you can clearly see that staff consistently maintains the property. Everything from the lobby to common areas felt well cared for, which I really appreciated. Cleanliness & Environment: The hotel is noticeably clean, and housekeeping seems to be active throughout the day. The environment overall feels safe, organized, and family-friendly. The pool area is pleasant, clean, and supervised by staff (until around 7 PM), which adds an extra layer of comfort, especially for families with kids. Staff & Service: Staff members were generally professional and helpful. The pool staff, in particular, were very attentive and proactive when assistance was needed. However, there were a few moments of miscommunication. For example, at check-in I was informed that certain amenities (like the surf area) were unavailable, but later found out they were actually open. Also, parking fees were not clearly explained upfront. Parking & Signage: The hotel is well signposted when entering, which makes arrival easy. However, parking can be a bit confusing. Building numbers are sometimes placed at the far end or corners, making them difficult to see, especially at night. Clearer signage would definitely improve this experience. Could use more pots, pans, bakeware. Convenient to have ensuite laundry. Best prices when you compare other area hotels. We absolutely love this place!"

"The door has an inch gap from the door to the wall. People are standing in their door ways with the doors open. The soda machines were empty. The stair well was broke and taped off with yellow tape. Kids running around screaming. The pool was filthy. I did not get 5 min sleep. The person in next room was banging on walls all night, loud music, people in and out. I called front desk. It didn't change anything. Do not stay in this place"
